I replied on the talk page of the article in quetion. In the future, I recommend that you tag pages for speedy deletion by using the {{delete}} template with "delete" in the edit summary, then list the page on Steward requests/Speedy deletions. Most small wikis do not have "proposed deletion" templates à la enwiki prod, because they have no active admins and/or users. Feel free to ask more questions on my Meta-Wiki talk page. It didn't seem to meet the criterion for Speedy Deletion. I considered it, and that's the reason I didn't use it.

The best place to ask questions or post request is the Community portal : Wikipedia:Community Portal. You can also use my talk page : User talk:Amqui if you don't receive an answer there, that will send me a warning by e-mail. Thanks you for contributions and I'm sorry that you had a question unanswered for a while.
